ServiceCare from VFE – bespoke service plans
VFE, one of the industry’s leading providers of maintenance servicing for heat treatment industry equipment, will be at this year’s Advanced Engineering to present its comprehensive contract maintenance and repairs service offering, ServiceCare, and to introduce Colin the dog – VFE Pump Solutions’ top dog for pump servicing.
Available world wide and tailored to meet individual requirements, ServiceCare contracts cover equipment from vacuum furnaces to electron beam welding equipment and from autoclaves to any make or model of pump. Customers can build totally bespoke service packages by adding optional extras to the standard planned service and maintenance. Options include access to VFE’s technical helpline, 24 or 72 hour emergency response, 24/7 technical support, strategic spares and NADCAP/AMS 2750E TUS/Calibrations.
Colin is the friendly, new face of VFE’s Pump Solutions division, one the market’s leading pump servicing providers. Pump Solutions can service and maintain almost any pump from any industry thanks to its team of expert engineers and specialist workshop. VFE Pump Solutions delivers totally transparent service for complete peace of mind. Performance checks are videoed both before and after the service and supplied to the customer, so they can see, at a glance, what has been done. VFE Pump Solutions will also provide a comprehensive report of works completed and advise on how to get the most from the pump in future.

Vacuum Furnaces
VFE supports all makes of vacuum furnaces, not just those supplied by VFE, with service contracts and a comprehensive range of spares.
Pump Solutions
VFE has over 20 years’ experience in the maintenance and repair of a vast range of vacuum pumps from diffusion to dry screw and from side channel to rotary vane.
Calibration Services
We provide UKAS accredited calibrations for temperature, pressure, vacuum, humidity and electrical properties. Our UKAS accreditation is for both laboratory calibration and on-site calibrations at our customers’ premises.
Autoclaves & Ovens
Our engineers have many years of experience and are trained to carry out expert servicing of autoclaves and other industrial ovens, including UKAS accredited thermal surveys to prove temperature uniformity.
Control Systems
VFE supplies a comprehensive range of control systems for vacuum furnaces, heat treatment equipment, autoclaves and ovens. All systems comply with relevant legislation and standards including NADCAP. VFE Control Systems’ AMCS (Autoclave Management & Control System) delivers a robust and easy to use software interface with innovative new features and importantly, NADCAP compliance.
