VFE Autoclaves & Industrial Ovens
VFE, Europe’s leading vacuum furnace and service support provider, has opened a new Southern office in Poole, Dorset for its recently formed VFE Autoclaves & Industrial Ovens division. The facility also houses the VFE Calibration Services business.
Continuing growth
The new premises reflect continuing growth across VFE’s business to meet demand from new and existing customers. Personnel numbers have expanded significantly over the past year with the acquisition of the Service and Controls divisions of AIC Service. There have also been new additions to VFE’s teams in key areas of the business, including Pump Solutions, Control and Software, CAD and Electrical Engineering, as well as a significant increase in Service Engineers.
UKAS accredited calibration laboratory
As part of VFE’s commitment to providing a complete customer service package, the new Southern Office includes a newly upgraded calibration laboratory for Vacuum Furnaces, Autoclaves, Industrial Ovens and associated heat treatment equipment. The facility offers UKAS accredited calibration of temperature, pressure and humidity instruments, with temperature controlled chambers, environmental chambers and a number of temperature baths in which to perform calibrations.
Charlie White, Managing Director of VFE, says that major investments in recent months have seen the business go from strength to strength. Our new Southern Office in Poole provides purpose-built premises to accommodate this current expansion and future growth.”
