VFE launches industry leading vacuum furnace service offering

VFE, the UK’s leading vacuum furnace service provider is introducing a new all inclusive service package – FurnaceCare™.

VFE FurnaceCareTM Vacuum Furnace Service

FurnaceCare™ is the industry’s most comprehensive furnace equipment support service, which is tailored to meet individual customer’s requirements; offering planned and preventative maintenance, 24/7 emergency callouts, spares, overhaul and repair services, control system upgrades and full NADCAP certification.

FurnaceCare™ will support all makes of vacuum furnaces, not just those supplied by VFE, with service agreements and a comprehensive range of spares. VFE’s Service Agreements can be up to five years in term at a fixed cost and will include a number of routine visits a year, where the furnace and associated equipment are subject to a comprehensive range of checks so ensuring optimum performance as well as minimum downtime. VFE now also undertakes temperature calibration traceable to international standards and servicing of vacuum pumps – tasks usually conducted by other providers. This enables much of a vacuum furnace service to be carried out by one supplier – reducing admin, machine down time, and potential cost savings for customers.

A 24 hour/ 7 day a week emergency call out service is available to all FurnaceCare™ customers – anywhere in the world thanks to VFE’s worldwide team of highly specialist service engineers. VFE also offers remote monitoring of customers’ systems to enable equipment to be interrogated with fault diagnostics software which can dramatically improve system repair time.
