Putting customer service first

Welcome to the latest issue of the VFE newsletter and my first as CEO. I am delighted to be part of such a fantastic business, with highly motivated people and a one-stop-shop of products and services for the full spectrum of pumps, autoclaves and furnaces.

I have extensive experience in bespoke service delivery for major brands, from Aston Martin to Brush Electrical Machines, and I am inspired by VFE’s commitment to be the best in this exciting industry. Together, we will aim for the highest standards in customer responsiveness, technical expertise, knowledge and excellence.

Indeed, I recognise our people as our most valuable resource, from project managers to field service engineers, and I want to grow that resource. That’s why we are investing in a brand new training facility, both for employees and customers (see page 3 for more details).

Looking ahead to next year, we will be holding our first Customer Symposium in Q.2 2018. This will give you the opportunity to meet our team and see how we’ve listened and learned from what you’ve told us in face-to-face feedback and in your responses to our customer survey. Because at VFE, your needs will always be our driving force and focus.
